After an exceptionally challenging 18 months, The Watermill Theatre has recently welcomed back audiences inside its beautiful auditorium. With renewed energy and optimism, we can now look forward to an exciting 2022 spring season which we can’t wait to share with you.

Our artistic programme is as ambitious as ever and whilst we remain focussed on creating exceptional theatre for you to enjoy, we are also working hard behind the scenes to re-connect with our community. Through the delivery of our inspirational education and outreach projects we continue to engage with thousands of people of all ages and abilities.

Your gift could inspire an emerging playwright, like Becca Chadder – one of our talented Watermill Playwrights in Residence. Becca is currently adapting a novel for our upcoming Youth Ensemble production and over the past year has been receiving support and guidance through our early career mentoring and development scheme.
