Fun and games with the Waterminis
3 December 2010
Wow! Another successful term is over and what a great term it has been. One of the greatest pleasures is watching our Waterminis evolve, as some of them have been with us now for a very long time (in little years!)
It has been great to see them grow as little individuals; those in our first group who were so very shy at the beginning are now blossoming into confident group members with plenty of laughs to share. It is so rewarding when they finally find the courage to proudly announce their name for all to hear. So grown up!
And as for group 2; they just go from strength to strength; little imaginations in over-drive! We have had great fun playing games, being wild animals and telling the most exciting stories. A highlight of which has to be ‘Goldilocks and the three Bears’ where the room was filled with a wonderful re-enactment of Daddy Bear fuming at his stolen porridge. Very convincing!
What a joy it has been to see them work together so constructively and with such great spirit.
Our singing gets better every week too. (I’m sure the upstairs office would agree.)
Can’t wait until next term!
