Job Description

We are looking for an experienced arts marketing professional who can hit the ground running in our busy marketing team, covering a five-month period of parental leave.


This is an exciting time to join the Watermill Theatre marketing team following the launch of our new brand identity, website and Summer/Autumn 2025 season.  You will be joining an ambitious and well-established team, who work closely together across the breadth of the organisation. This role is a vital one within the team and will drive forward the marketing campaigns for the Watermill’s work on and off stage.

Whilst this is covering a full-time position, we are looking for the right person to fill this role, so are open to a conversation about hybrid working and a part time contract.  Due to the nature of this position and venue marketing, we would be expecting regular presence in person at the Watermill.
