Thanks to the support of our incredible donors, this year we have made a huge difference to young people in our local community:
Through our Geppetto's Gift campaign we raised a fantastic £4,500 – enabling 400 children from low socio-economic backgrounds to see the Christmas Show, Pinocchio.
“For many this may be the only chance they will ever have of watching a story come to life in a theatre and the intimate nature of the Watermill makes that so much more immersive and real.” Primary School Teacher.
We also raised over £5,000 via our Spark campaign – providing 12 bursary places and transport support for young people to take part in our regular youth theatre programme. For many of these young people this is the only extra-curricular activity they are able to participate in, and the only opportunity for them to engage in the arts.
