The Watermill is a leading regional theatre, producing work that has an impact on a national and international stage. We were named Theatre of the Year in 2024, an accolade shared with the National Theatre. Audiences of 60,000 come to our unique rural venue each year, and we reach many thousands more with shows touring the UK, transferring to the West End as well as internationally. Our local community is at the heart of everything we do, with our extensive outreach programme offering over 13,000 opportunities each year for young people and adults to engage with the arts.

Business Training
Our corporate training projects use drama techniques to assist businesses in areas such as communication skills and team development. Recently we have worked with politicians, accountants, solicitors, and teachers to provide instructive and enjoyable days away from the office at the Watermill’s uniquely peaceful location.

Programme Advertising

Our restaurant, bar and theatre are all available for hire for corporate events, and our in-house catering team can create a bespoke package just for you.
