In order to book Access Services online you will need an online account with your personal booking preferences selected.

Letting us know your interests enables us to keep you updated on future events at the Watermill and unlocks a variety of access options and services including:

Unlock the best seats for the accessible performance (displayed as stars on the seat map once you have logged in)
Book specialist equipment for Audio Described and Captioned performances. These devices are available free of charge and can be reserved before you complete your booking.

Setting up your online account

If your email address is already registered but you haven’t got a password, please request a new password here.

Once you have signed in select OTHER PREFERENCES and tick the ACCESS SERVICES and TELL US ABOUT YOUR INTERESTS options that apply.

Remember to click the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen to update your preferences before booking your tickets.
