Careers in the Arts is a joint project delivered in partnership with The Corn Exchange and The Watermill Theatre.

Careers in the Arts is a joint project between The Corn Exchange Newbury and The Watermill Theatre, to inspire and educate young people aged 14 - 25 in West Berkshire and North Hampshire in what a career in the arts can and does look like.

We want young people to feel confident in their ambitions to pursue a career in the arts – whatever that may be. This project will educate and enlighten young people, parents and teachers in what a career in the arts can and does look like. We want to change the assumption that performing is the only way to have a career in the arts.
