Gyles Brandreth is a former MP and Government Whip, best known nowadays as a reporter on The One Show on BBC1 and a regular on Radio 4's Just a Minute. Recently he has appeared on QI, Countdown, The Matt Lucas Awards Show, Have I Got News For You and Desert Island Discs.
