 Join acclaimed novelist Robert Harris for a unique conversation about his work with Deputy Editor of The Stage, Matt Hemley.

Following a career in journalism, Robert has become an acclaimed novelist, particularly of historical fiction. Many of his works have been adapted for film and television, including Fatherland, Enigma and Archangel. Robert's latest novel Precipice follows a young British intelligence officer on the eve of World War 1, who is assigned to investigate the disappearance of top-secret documents during Prime Minister Asquith’s affair with Venetia Stanley.

The acclaimed 2024 film Conclave, adapted from Robert's novel of the same name has received numerous award-nominations including 12 BAFTA and 8 Oscar nominations.
