Monthly drama workshops for adults who - for whatever reason - could use a change of scene.
You can leave your everyday at the door to express yourself, stretch your imagination, and relax with fellow Scene Changers. As we listen, laugh, and learn, your skills and confidence will build within a supportive and encouraging group.
Being a stand-alone session, there is no obligation to come every time, but for those who attend regularly, topics will vary month to month.
We encourage partner professionals to attend sessions with the person they are supporting where this is possible.
This is what one Scene Changer says:
'I really look forward to the hour and a half that I can just switch off from the outside world, and concentrate on using the fun part of my mind, instead of constantly wearing my serious head!"
Scene Change is moving to a Thursday! For the first term of 2024 at least, these sessions will take place on the first Thursday of every month.
1.15pm - 2.15pm
02 May, 06 June, 04 July, 01 August, 05 September, 03 October, 07 November, 05 December
The space will be open for tea, coffee and cake from 1pm, and until 2.30!

Thanks to generous funding from Greenham Trust we are not charging for this group but if you would like to make a suggested donation of £50 towards our community outreach programme, we value your support.
Tickets can be booked via the Dates and Tickets tab.
For many of us, trying something new, with new people, can be daunting, so we like to offer an opportunity for you to meet our Community Associate, Angharad Arnott Phillips, and ask any questions you may have.
