Selina Cadell to play Lettice Douffet in Lettice and Lovage
Selina Cadell will play the role of Lettice Douffet in our forthcoming production of Peter Shaffer’s, Lettice & Lovage which opens on 16 February. Selina has a distinguished theatrical career including roles in The Cherry Orchard and The Duchess of Malfi at The National Theatre, Top Girls at the Royal Court and in New York, and Twelfth Night and Uncle Vanya at the Donmar Warehouse and Brooklyn Academy. She has also directed for theatre. Her television drama work includes Doc Martin, Casanova, Foyle’s War and Murphy’s Law. Selina’s film career includes The Madness of King George which she also appeared in onstage.
Selina’s husband, Michael Thomas will be playing Mr Bardolph in Lettice and Lovage.
