The Daisy Chains are six petticoated girls that all sing in beautiful close harmony as well as playing drums, guitar, bass, trumpet, tenor and baritone saxophones! Accomplished musicians, The Daisy Chains are also experienced performers and have appeared in shows in the West End and in national tours, including Dreamboats and Petticoats, Return to the Forbidden Planet, Carnaby Street and Save the Last Dance for Me. Band members Sophie Byrne and Sarah Scowen have performed in actor-musician productions at The Watermill Theatre.
Their repertoire is made up of bespoke arrangements of old and new songs, ranging from Paolo Nutini and Eliza Doolittle to classic Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis.
The Daisy Chains were voted Best Vintage Band at the London Vintage Awards 2014.
